Clean with mild liquid soap and warm water and a soft cotton cloth, but don't leave jewelry to soak in water.
Dry thoroughly prior to storage.
Jewelry polishing cloths can be used to polish jewelry. Please note that jewelry polishing cloths will remove the finish on patinated silver, i.e., the colour will be removed leaving a bright silver finish.
Because silver is a soft metal, avoid using abrasive cloths, paper towels or cleansers which may scratch the finish.
Using toothpaste to polish jewelry is not recommended as it may abrade the finish of silver and softer stones.
The use of ultrasonic machines to clean jewelry is not recommended as it may cause damage to certain stones and may loosen settings.
Store silver jewelry in a sealed plastic ziplock bag to help reduce oxidization and slow down the tarnishing process.
Remove jewelry prior to engaging in contact sports or prolonged immersion in water.
Don't wear jewelry while cleaning or engaging in activities where it may be in contact with harsh detergents or chemicals, such as bleach and chlorine.
