Orders will be shipped through the mail within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of payment. I have found Canada Post/USPS to be very reliable both for shipping orders and receiving orders I have placed. They also charge lower brokerage fees than courier companies. All orders will be insured.

Orders being shipped to an address within Alberta will be shipped and insured via Canada Post Xpresspost. Delivery times are estimated between 1 - 3 business days depending on location.

Orders being shipped to any Canadian province other than Alberta will be shipped and insured via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery times are estimated between 2 - 6 business days depending on location.

RETURNS
Each piece of jewelry is inspected prior to shipping and carefully packaged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me via email at info@dawnalexandra.com to arrange for the return and refund or exchange.
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be returned intact in its original condition with the gift packaging. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance is strongly recommended.
If the package appears to have been damaged during shipping, a claim should be made immediately with the shipping agent. Please ensure that you have retained the original packaging if making a claim for shipping damage in case the shipper needs to inspect it.
